Amina Williams is a highly experienced fitness professional with over a decade of training expertise across Europe and the United States. She has worked with athletes, celebrities, and leading celebrity trainers, bringing a well-rounded and global perspective to her coaching.
Amina holds multiple industry certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Applied Functional Science, Boxing Instructor, and Spin Instructor. Her approach centers on designing customized programs that align with each client’s goals, passions, and personality—creating a training experience that is both effective and deeply personal.
Amina began her fitness journey at age 11 when she discovered boxing. That early passion taught her the power of discipline and the impact of small, consistent efforts. Today, movement continues to empower her, strengthens her confidence, and inspire her work. She believes that physical and mental well-being are daily practices and it’s a lifestyle she is passionate about teaching others

After 15 years of playing professional basketball in Europe, my journey has brought me back to my hometown of Santa Barbara, CA. I have used my experiences from training in countries like Finland and Denmark as the foundation for the outlook on the type of training I perform today. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I have been blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of an elite training program within our community at AM | FITNESS in Downtown Santa Barbara.
From personal training to sport specific workouts, my blend of athletics with high intensity training will help build the foundation within your own fitness and athletic goals.
